We provide worldwide delivery of your orders. You need to select the correct shipping location provided on our website. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping provider to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.

 

Shipping charges for delivery in India

 

We provide free shipping within India for all Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above INR 1500.00. For orders up to INR 1500.00, we have a nominal charge of INR 99.00 towards shipping & handling charges.

Please note there are no additional charges for Cash on delivery payment orders. Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes within India.

 

Order delivery and dispatch policy

 

We understand you are eagerly waiting for your order to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team perform multiple rounds of quality check and ensure that we deliver you your orders in perfectly packed, in the least possible time.

 

Ready to wear orders, takes 3-4 days to get processed and dispatched.

Made to order or customised orders takes up to 10-15 days to get processed and dispatched, as they are made on order as per customer’s measurements. We will update you regarding the order status via phone or email.

 

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 10-15 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however please be rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

 

 

Custom and import duties on orders.

 

All orders which are to be delivered outside India, may be subject to Country specific Import Duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We do not collect any Duties & Taxes while you are ordering on the website. Any additional charge towards Import/ Customs Duties & Taxes if any, may be levied by the Custom authority. These charges are to be borne by the receiver and YOUR CUDDLE PRIVATE LIMITED have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.

 

In case receiver fails to pay the asked Duties & Taxes and doesn’t collect the order from the shipping partners YOUR CUDDLE PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any refund amount for such orders.

 

When ordering from our brand website you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.
