RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

What is returnable?

• All standard sizes ( S to XL) are returnable.

• Unstitched sets are returnable.

• Sarees are returnable.

• Bed sets, duvets are returnable. What is not returnable?

• Customised orders are non returnable i.e products stitched to customer’s measurements are not returnable.

• Art downloads are not returnable.

Exchanges

We are not accepting exchanges currently.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will be accepted if done within 24 hrs of placing the order. Amount will be refunded if the mode of payment was prepaid.

Refund policy

We will refund the paid amount for any item, if the item is returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached. We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding delivery charges( if applied) within 7-14 days. Please note that it may take 14-21 days to reflect in your bank account. If you paid using your card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used. If you paid using Cash on Delivery, please add your bank account details and we will refund the balance to your bank account. Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.
